• The language you are using and the page or screen where the problem happened.
• Your device and browser (for example “iPhone, Safari”).
• A short description. If an error message appeared, please copy its wording (the form cannot take screenshots).

3Replies

We read every message. Because the service is run by a small team, replies can take several days. Our reply appears on your private link page, so please keep the link safe. Do not write passwords or sensitive personal information in your message.
